Country generosity

Category: Eventsadmin @ 1:34 pm

The Wodonga Police Sports Club recently held their Police/Citizens golf day, raising $1,200 for Police Legacy. We are very grateful for the hard work by Murray Sleep and the organising committee and for the generosity of the participants. The money raised will assist with the delivery of our 2008 program which includes a special resort holiday for legatee children and their parents in July at Club Med Hayman Island.

To thank the club, Police Legacy invited Senior Sergeant George Bedson to our legatee lunch at Wangaratta and presented him with a special plaque for the station.
