Police Vetean Benefit Card

Launch of Police Veteran Benefit Card

A new police Veteran Benefit Card is now available to Victoria Police veterans. It aims to connect police veterans into the broader police family as well as offer discounts and benefits from retailers who provide health, fitness, lifestyle and family-related services and products.

Retailers include Chemist Warehouse, Samsung, ClassPass, FitBit, Supreme and Leader Caravans, e&s and more.

The card, a Police Veterans Support Victoria (PVSV) service, was developed to recognise the service of police veterans and provide mental health and wellbeing support for police after they have left the organisation.

All police veterans are eligible to apply to PVSV for the card. There is no minimum age or service requirement. A police veteran, for the purpose of receiving the card, is a Victoria Police officer (including Protective Services Officer) who has exited the organisation after at least one full day of service. This aligns with the eligibility requirement for Defence veterans’ health cards.

Police veterans can register for the card today at the PVSV website. https://www.pvsv.org.au/
