What a glorious day out over the weekend exploring Kilcunda! Police Legatees hiked 18km along gravel paths, grassy plains, two sections of beach and a headland!

Having grown up with two parents who were police officers, Senior Constable Brendan Mason’s connection to Victoria Police far pre-dates him joining. “I was that kid in playgroup who always said, ‘When I grow up, I want to be a Police Officer’ because I’d grown up hearing about Mum and Dad doing it and I always thought it sounded interesting.”

What a great day at the Victoria Police Careers Expo held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Saturday. The expo provided prospective new police recruits the opportunity to meet with Victoria Police Recruitment, learn about the different roles within Victoria Police, hear from a special line up of guest speakers and gain insight into the application process.
