Pre-employment screening
Where qualifications and/or registration is required, these will be verified during the selection process. In addition to referee checking, all prospective employees undergo a Criminal History Check (Police Records check) and are required to provide a Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
As a child safe organisation, any person issued with a negative notice on their Working with Children Check will not be eligible for employment or volunteering at Victoria Police Legacy.
