Today is about acknowledging the incredible work done by Australia’s eight Police Legacy organisations.
They all work hard to ensure that all Police officers and their families are taken care of. When tragedy touches our policing family, Police Legacy steps in - offering care, connection and support to the loved ones left behind.
Sadly, tragedy hit the Blue family just yesterday.
The mission of Police Legacy is not only to honour the memory of those who served, but to ensure that the lives of those they leave behind are not defined by tragedy, but shaped by hope, resilience, and possibility.
