Last Thursday, Police Legatee Aunty Beth Lyons, who is a proud indigenous woman, withstood the heat and was honoured to attend a Victoria Police graduation as a special guest of Chief Commissioner Shane Patton APM and Assistant Commissioner Kevin Casey APM.
For several years, the team at the Victoria Police Academy, along with representatives from Victoria Police Legacy, have been hosting Police Legatees for the graduation of Victoria's newest police members. This connection activity for Police Legatees to the policing family was the initiative of Assistant Commissioner Kevin Casey APM, and we are grateful for the ongoing support to Police Legatees.
