In late March, a fantastic group of police legatees had a wonderful time staying at Club Laverton. They reconnected with old friends and made new ones, enjoying exciting tours of Victoria Police Water Police in Williamstown, HMAS Castlemaine, and the RAAF Museum at Point Cook. They also enjoyed delicious meals at Pelicans Landing, Il Corso, and Altona RSL.
The 'Men's Getaway' is a new initiative born from a 2023 forum where we discussed how to better support male police legatees. It was an amazing opportunity for the group to share feedback on VPL's support and connection events.
We're thrilled to say the getaway was a huge success, and we can't wait for the next one!
