Police Legatee Ros French is a wonderful VPL volunteer who has been organising local Victoria Police Legacy morning teas in the Geelong area for many years. Every ten weeks the VPL community and local Police meet to share a coffee and companionship. Ros was pleased to share with us her Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation Bear collection, which is believed to be every single bear released since they came out in 2000.
