VPL takes a 'Polar Plunge' for Special Olympics Victoria
Well done to VPL Ambassador Sergeant Gary Watson for organising a Victoria Police Legacy team to plunge into the icy cold water of Port Phillip Bay over the weekend, along with over a hundred other participants in support of the Law Enforcement Torch Run's inaugural 'Polar Plunge' held at the South Melbourne Lifesaving club.

VPL Ambassador Sergeant Sashi Vagadia and Police Legatee Shanleigh Meldrum were honoured to receive an invitation as finalists in the Victorian Rotary Emergency Services Community (RESCA) Awards held on Saturday 3rd August.
