On Thursday 28th August, Police Legatee Christine Welsh had the honour of attending a Victoria Police graduation ceremony at the Victoria Police Academy hosted by VPL Ambassador Superintendent Belinda Jones, and as special guest of Chief Commissioner Mike Bush CNZM.
