Today 15 Victoria Police Legacy (VPL), ‘Young Adult Police Legatees’ (VPAL) on the second VPL/Rotary ‘World of Difference’ to Cambodia saw the fruits of theirs, and the VPAL members who were on the inaugural tour in 2023, fundraising efforts when they visited the ‘Opportunities of Development thru Art’ School (ODA) outside the city of Siem Reap

What an outstanding effort today by 9 Young Adult Police Legatees (VPAL) in making concrete water filtration units which will be installed in remote Cambodian village houses outside of the city of Siem Reap tomorrow!
This morning 25 ‘Young Adult Police Legatees’ (18 to 25 years of age), accompanied by a number of VPL & Rotary Leaders, left Melbourne to travel to Cambodia
